2BABA’S FORMER MANAGER, KAKA IGBOKWE, CONFIRMS THE SINGER WAS ARRESTED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Kaka Igbokwe, former manager of Nigerian music icon Innocent “2Face” Idibia, has confirmed that the singer was arrested in London, UK, following an alleged heated altercation with his pregnant wife, Natasha Osawaru.
According to reports, 2Face had travelled to the UK with Natasha for a concert tour but failed to appear at a scheduled performance on October 2, 2025. His absence intensified speculation after rumours emerged that he had been detained at the airport after the dispute with Natasha, who currently serves as a member of the Edo State House of Assembly.
Kaka Igbokwe, son of the late Nigerian music icon Christy Essien-Igbokwe, addressed the incident during an appearance on Daddy Freeze’s Instagram Live session on Wednesday evening.
During the session, Kaka stated that “everything you heard about the couple’s face-off was true,” attributing his comments to his personal account of events.
Recounting what he said transpired, Kaka—who was part of the London team and travelled on the same flight as the couple—explained that Natasha became upset after feeling that 2Face had walked off with fans who escorted him into a shop shortly after they arrived at the airport.
According to him, when 2Face realised Natasha was no longer with him, he rushed back toward her, at which point an exchange occurred that ultimately led to his arrest and handcuffing.
A video purporting to show the arrest, posted by blogger Tosin Silverdam on TikTok on December 1, 2025, has since gone viral and sparked renewed debate online.
