TRUMP THREATENS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST GRAMMYS HOST TREVOR NOAH OVER EPSTEIN JOKE

U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday threatened legal action against Trevor Noah, host of the 68th Grammy Awards, over comments the comedian made about Trump and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
During the ceremony, after congratulating Billie Eilish for winning Song of the Year for “Wildflower,” Noah joked:“Wow. That’s a Grammy that every artist wants almost as much as Trump wants Greenland.”
He then added: “Which makes sense because, since Epstein’s gone, he needs a new island to hang out with Bill Clinton.”
Noah, who announced this would be his final year hosting the Grammys after six years as emcee, has historically kept political commentary light during previous ceremonies.
Trump responded on his Truth Social platform, calling the Grammy Awards “the WORST and virtually unwatchable” before addressing Noah directly.
“I can’t speak for Bill, but I have never been to Epstein Island, nor anywhere close, and until tonight’s false and defamatory statement, have never been accused of being there, not even by the Fake News Media,” Trump wrote.
He continued, labeling Noah a “total loser” and warned: “I’ll be sending my lawyers to sue this poor, pathetic, talentless, dope of an M.C. … Get ready Noah, I’m going to have some fun with you!”
Trump, who moved in the same social circles as Epstein in Florida and New York, has long sought to block the release of documents tied to the disgraced financier. On Friday, more than three million documents were released, mentioning numerous high-profile figures including Trump, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
The spat has drawn widespread attention as Trump prepares to escalate his legal response against Noah over the remarks.
