Fans and colleagues of renowned Nigerian gospel singer, Prophetess Wunmi Awoniyi, have voiced concerns following a recent post on her official social media page.
In a post shared late Saturday night, the singer appealed to the public for support.
Accompanied by her photo, the post did not specify the nature of her situation but emphasized that she is in urgent need of support.

“Her name is Prophetess Wunmi Awoniyi, known to many as Gbogomifunmi. Please, she truly needs our prayers at this time,” the post read.
