I BLEACH MY SKIN FOR £2000 TO GET MOVIE ROLES – ACTRESS CONFESSES

A Ghanaian actress, Ella Mensah, who is tied with Nollywood has revealed that she bleach her skin for £2000 in order to get cast in Nigerian movies by directors.
Speaking in a recent interview, which she shared on her Instagram page, the actress, said she had to bleach because Nigerian movie producers and directors prefered to give movie roles to light-skinned actresses at the detriment of talented dark skinned actresses.
In her words: “I don’t use cream to bleach my skin, I took an injection”.
She further explained that she bleached her skin with the expensive injection which cost £2000 depending on the level of fairness.
