The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC is set to arraign the immediate-past Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, for an alleged fraud of N2.2bn.
The anti-graft agency conveyed the ex-governor before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos in a white bus manned by heavy security on Monday morning.
The court is expected to sit at 9am.
