Millions of naira worth of properties were damaged by fire on Wednesday, destroying multiple wooden shanties at the Tejuosho Market in the Yaba region of Lagos State.
Thankfully, there had been no reported fatalities or injuries at the time this report was submitted.
The market, which consists of stores and homes along the Tejuosho Canal, is where the fire is said to have started at around 12:30 pm.
