GHANA BORROWS $3BN FROM IMF

The International Monetary Fund announced a $3 billion credit agreement with Ghana on Tuesday, as the country faces its worst economic crisis in decades.
Since the beginning of the year, the West African country has faced more than 40% inflation, rising debt, and a sharp decline in the cedi currency.
