KATSINA: NEW BANDIT ATTACK STRIKES CHARANCHI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

Bandits attacked the Rairaye community in the Radda district, Charanchi Local Government Area, on Monday night, causing a new wave of insecurity in Katsina State. The attack left one person hurt and numerous animals rustled.
Using his username on X (previously Twitter), well-known security analyst Bakatsine revealed the incident in a tweet on Tuesday.

“Last night, bandits stormed Rairaye in Radda district, Charanchi LGA, Katsina State. One person was injured and a large number of cattle were rustled.
“This is yet another blow as communities across Katsina continue to face growing insecurity,” Bakatsine wrote.
As of the time of filing this report, the state police command is yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack.
