A Kenyan woman who allegedly drugged her 35-year-old son and tied him to a post has been arrested in Eb’biba in Khusikulu Wemilabi, Vihiga County, Kenya.

Reports said that the mother who did this to prevent her son from gallivanting with their unemployed neigbhours, hired a doctor, who administered the sleep-inducing drug to her son.
According to reports from Kenya media, the mother said she had become tired of her unemployed son’s habit of hanging out with villagers for baseless talks every day and returning home in the evening.
The son,who is a graduate of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, said he had no idea, his mother was going to do such a thing.
He said he only learnt of her actions when he regained consciousness after a three-day sleep. He was rescued by his friends.
Emuhaya/Luanda police officer, John Ndolo said they were investigating the matter and interrogating the woman.
