NKECHI BLESSING RECONCILES WITH EX-HUSBAND OPEYEMI FALEGAN FOUR YEARS AFTER MESSY BREAKUP

Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has reconciled with her ex-husband, Opeyemi Falegan, four years after their highly publicised and controversial separation.

The reconciliation took place during a TikTok live session on Saturday night, where the former couple revisited the circumstances surrounding their bitter fallout in 2022.

During the conversation, Nkechi demanded a public apology from Falegan, disclosing that they had been in discussions since February 2026.

The actress explained that some of the negative remarks he made about her during their separation were still being used by social media trolls to attack her.

“I told you in February that if we must do this, you have to apologise to me because what you said years ago, some irrelevant nitwits still used it to insult me yesterday. That is to tell you that the internet never forgets,” she said.

Acknowledging that both parties had contributed to the breakdown of their relationship, the US-based army officer apologised to the actress for speaking negatively about her.

“From the bottom of my heart to the depth of my soul, I’m sorry, Nkechi. That’s in the past,” Falegan said.

The former couple separated in April 2022 after publicly exchanging accusations on social media.

In September 2022, Nkechi, during an interview on TVC’s Your View, claimed that she entered into a relationship with Falegan to get back at her former partner.

Reacting to the interview, Falegan accused the actress of dating him for his money and sex, while insisting that he would never reconsider their relationship.

“Once I have a reason to go, I will never find an excuse to come back,” he had declared.
