OJULARI TAKES OVER FROM KYARI AS NEW NNPCL BOSS (PHOTOS)

Bayo Ojulari, the newly appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), has officially taken over from his predecessor, Mele Kyari.
According to a statement issued on Friday by NNPCL spokesperson Olufemi Soneye, the handover took place during a brief ceremony at the NNPC Towers in Abuja.
Ojulari’s appointment was announced by President Bola Tinubu in the early hours of Wednesday, alongside a major restructuring of the NNPCL board.
In his remarks, Ojulari praised Kyari for his dedicated service to the nation and his contributions to the growth and transformation of NNPC Ltd.
He disclosed that the objective of his management is to consolidate the
successes of his predecessor and take the company to the next level.
He stated that although the targets set for his management were substantial, he would rely on the cooperation of the company’s management and staff, as well as the guidance of his predecessor, to achieve the set objectives.
