PELLER CLAPS BACK AT YCEE, LABELS HIM ‘VERY ANYHOW OG’ OVER ILLITERACY COMMENT

Nigerian TikTok personality Peller has fired back at rapper Ycee, describing him as a “very anyhow OG” over comments the singer recently made about him.
The reaction follows Ycee’s remarks during an appearance on the Afropolitan Podcast, where he criticized what he termed the “Peller culture” on social media.
The rapper expressed concern over the type of content gaining popularity in Nigeria’s digital space, arguing that intelligence and academic excellence are no longer celebrated as they once were.
Using online personalities such as Peller as examples, Ycee questioned the educational value and societal impact of such content, describing the trend as troubling.
Responding in a video shared on social media, Peller faulted the rapper for mentioning him by name and accused him of being disrespectful despite his seniority.
“The same olodo uprising wey una dey use promote una noise, very anyhow OG. If you’re an elderly person, respect yourself. Must you mention names? You yourself are an illiterate because, as an elderly man with sense, you should be able to make your point without mentioning anyone’s name,” Peller said.
