Regina Daniels Reveals Health Struggles, Says She Celebrated 25th Birthday In Wheelchair

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about her recent health challenges, revealing that she celebrated her 25th birthday in a wheelchair after experiencing severe pain and difficulties with mobility.

The actress made the disclosure in an Instagram post on Saturday, where she reflected on her ongoing health struggles and how the condition has affected her daily life.

According to Daniels, her health deteriorated following a Children’s Day carnival she organised, leaving her unable to walk on some days despite undergoing several medical tests.

She explained that what initially appeared to be a minor health issue gradually worsened, restricting her ability to move around freely.

“I lost my freedom to move around as I please. It started as something minor but eventually led to this.

“Things took a major turn after the last public gathering that I held for my Children’s Day carnival.

“It’s been one test after another that I started calling myself a lab rat. The pain became too excruciating; sometimes I am walking well, and sometimes I just can’t move,” she said.

The revelation comes months after the actress became less active on social media, before a video allegedly showing a dispute between her and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, surfaced online amid allegations of domestic violence.

The latest disclosure has drawn attention to the actress’s health condition and the challenges she says she has endured in recent months.
