TRANSFER UPDATE: COUTINHO CLOSE TO JOINING ARSENAL

As the 2019 summer transfer deadline draws closer, an emerging report indicates we may still be greeted with more transfer twist, chief among which is Countinho joining Arsenal.
Arsenal are supposedly the frontrunners to sign Coutinho on loan from Barcelona this summer.
The Gunners are said to have agreed terms over a deal for the Brazilian with the Spanish champions.
The earlier reports had claimed that Arsenal had no interest in Barca out-of-favour star Coutinho and they focused on signing a center back after the exit of their captain Koscielny.
But according to what the latest development, Arsenal have their stance a U-turn on the Transfer Coutinho and now the Brazil midfielder “is practically close to joining Arsenal”
