We stand with El-Rufai…. Kaduna APC
The Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC has declared support to the Mallam Nasir el-Rufai’s administration in the state.
The party said it is delighted that the APC government at the federal level and in Kaduna State are performing and delivering change “for our people”.
The acting publicity secretary in Kaduna State, Salisu Tanko Wusono passed a vote of confidence on Governor el-Rufai while addressing journalists in Kaduna.
According to Wusono, the party is very proud of the successes recorded by Malam Nasir el-Rufai and his government.
“How can we not be pleased with a man who is using the APC manifesto as his guide in government? The achievements in the education sector are happening because the APC manifesto recognises education as a priority and our APC governor is implementing that manifesto faithfully,” he said.
He said the government has energized the Kaduna economy with contracts for school renovations, provision of boreholes, supply of furniture and the sewing of free uniforms for secondary school students as well as feeding 1.5 million pupils in the state.
“We are seeing township roads, solar street lights and work to dualise some roads. The prudence displayed in achieving savings of N1.1billion on the Kawo Road project is especially commendable.
“The APC also notes and appreciates the impressive steps taken to move the Zaria Water project forward. We welcome the rehabilitation of waterworks across the state, and the revival of irrigation projects. We salute Malam El-Rufai for the fertiliser feat.
