Trending now: #mtnshortz3sixtyworld
Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses reckons that Iceland will be moreĀ complex to beat than South American powerhouse Argentina.
The Super Eagles find themselves in a difficult situation after losingĀ their opening match to Croatia and another defeatĀ on FridayĀ couldĀ result in a premature end to their World Cup campaign after only eightĀ days.
Moses has never faced the Argentina national team in his internationalĀ career, he was on the bench in the 2014 World Cup and was not in theĀ squad that beat the two-time world champions 4-2 in Krasnodar lastĀ November due to a hamstring injury.
”Obviously Iceland will not be easy. Tactically, Iceland is a veryĀ good team, they played very well against Argentina,” Victor MosesĀ told reporters.
”For me, the game with Iceland is going to be more difficult than theĀ game against Argentina.”
The Super Eagles will do battle with the Albiceleste in their lastĀ Group D match onĀ June 26Ā in Saint Petersburg.
