On Monday, the Independent National Electoral Commission began distributing Permanent Voter Cards to residents at the Federal Capital Territory Headquarters in Garki-Abuja, ahead of the 2023 general election.
Residents were seen approaching the distribution Centre to pick up their PVCs.
