Week 2 of Big Brother Naija Season 10 delivered the drama fans crave heated confrontations, budding romances, emotional moments, and a twist that could alter the course of the game.

The week opened with tension as Bright Morgan and Kayikunmi clashed in a near-physical altercation after Bright accused Kayikunmi of calling him a derogatory name. Housemates, including Kuture, intervened before Big Brother stepped in to calm the situation.

In a shocking diary room confession, Zita admitted to stirring tension in the house, claiming responsibility for pranks such as rubbing toothpaste on Kayikunmi’s bed and scattering clothes. She described herself as a “chameleon,” sparking mixed reactions from viewers.

Romantic sparks and emotional upsets also marked the week. Gigi Jasmine broke down in tears after Head of House (HOH) Victory Okokon picked Joanna as his deputy instead of her, later choosing to save Kayikunmi with a “Save only one” trinket. Isabella and Kayikunmi made headlines after an intimate moment under the sheets during the Saturday night party, while Sultana was seen kissing two male housemates Koyin and Jason Jae and planning matching tattoos with Koyin.

The week wasn’t short on humor, with Kuture suggesting a designated “fight zone” in the house to settle disputes physically. But tempers flared again as Gigi Jasmine and Faith clashed during the Add Me task, and Zita and Mide engaged in a kitchen dispute over cutting carrots, with accusations of pot-hitting flying between them.

Team Goal Getter emerged victorious in the AddMie cooking challenge with 56 points, earning rewards from Biggie. Elsewhere, Faith expressed discomfort over Imisi’s clinginess after she demanded a hug in exchange for a booklet, despite recently confessing feelings for another housemate, Dede.

A key development saw Victory Okokon dethrone Thelma Lawson just a day into her reign to become the new HOH. Meanwhile, Big Brother introduced a new “Most Influential Player” twist, where housemates will rate each other weekly on chores, task participation, workouts, and entertainment value, with the top scorer gaining special privileges.

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu also revealed a major shake-up to the N80 million grand prize: it will now start at N10 million and increase by N7.5 million each week if housemates succeed in tasks but can also decrease if they fail.

There were no evictions in Week 1, keeping all 29 housemates in play, while fans continued to speculate about a possible romance between Zita and Danboskid, who spent considerable time together poolside and sharing a bed.

With emotions, alliances, and stakes rising, Week 3 promises even more explosive moments inside Biggie’s house.
