ELECTRICIAN ELECTROCUTED WHILE FIXING POWER CABLES IN SHASHA, LAGOS

Tragedy struck in Shasha on Sunday when a 45-year-old electrician was electrocuted while reconnecting electricity cables to an electric pole in the area.
The incident, which occurred at about 11:30 a.m., was reported to the police by a resident of Shasha. According to the Lagos State Police Command, operatives immediately visited the scene and rushed the victim to a nearby hospital.
Unfortunately, the electrician was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty shortly after arrival.
Police authorities said investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
