OBOROREVWORI UNVEILS OBI CUBANA’S LUXURY RESIDENCE IN DELTA

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Sunday attended the 51st birthday celebration of Obi Cubana, where the Signature Home at Cubana Millennium City in Asaba was officially unveiled.

The ceremony, held at the project site in Asaba, Delta State, attracted dignitaries, industry leaders, and investors, underscoring the project’s rising significance as a catalyst for urban development in the state.

In a statement released by the media team of Cubana Group, Oborevwori praised the businessman for his investment in Delta State, describing Cubana Millennium City as a landmark initiative with the capacity to transform Asaba and its environs.

He noted that the development goes beyond residential housing, emphasising its role in creating a broader economic ecosystem. According to him, projects like Cubana Millennium City will drive growth, open up opportunities in surrounding communities, and reinforce the region’s status as a major urban hub in the South-South and South-East corridors.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori further stated that his administration would sustain its support for private sector-led initiatives that align with its priorities of economic growth, infrastructure development, and job creation.

He noted that the unveiling of the Signature Home represents a significant milestone in the Cubana Millennium City project, showcasing the standard of quality, design, and lifestyle the development aims to offer.

In his remarks, Obi Cubana thanked the governor and other guests, noting that the project is guided by a long-term vision to develop a world-class residential and commercial hub.

“We are not just constructing houses—we are creating a city built to endure and compete with any in Africa. It will be a place where people can live, work, invest, and thrive in an environment that meets global standards. This is our contribution to the growth of Asaba and the wider Nigerian economy,” he said.

He added that the project’s strategic location, close to Asaba International Airport and along key transport corridors, enhances its appeal as a prime investment destination with strong prospects for value growth.
