
RAIL LINE VANDALISM: TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN LAGOS

Men of the Lagos State Police Command in the early hours of Monday; arrested two suspects for rail line vandalism.
In a post on his verified Twitter handle, the spokesman of the Command. SP Benjamin Hundeyin wrote “At about 1am today, a patrol team from Ijora Badia Division intercepted a Mitsubishi Lancer car conveying vandalized railway tracks. The two occupants of the vehicle have been arrested. Investigation is ongoing.”
Recall that two train derailments have occured in the country in under ten days along the Itakpe-Ajaokuta service and Abuja-Kaduna service.
