EPL: ARTETA RECEIVES DOUBLE INJURY BOOST AHEAD OF GUNNERS CLASH WITH SHEFFIELD
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, is likely to have both Oleksandr Zinchenko and Thomas Partey available when they travel to Sheffield United in the Premier League next Monday.
Zinchenko and Partey have resumed their training after being sidelined due to injuries.
The Evening Standard claims that the two were on the verge of playing against Newcastle United the previous Saturday.
The two players will have ample time to increase their level of fitness because the Gunners have a full week off before the Sheffield match.
Zinchenko hasn’t played since the beginning of February because of a calf ailment, while Partey hasn’t played since October because of a major thigh issue.
The team’s next games are a home match against Brentford on March 9 and the crucial Champions League match against Porto three days after the Premier League trip to Sheffield United.
