EURO 2024: McGREGOR WINS €1m BET AFTER SPAIN BEAT ENGLAND
Former UFC champion, Conor McGregor has won a €1 million bet after picking Spain to beat England in the Euro 2024 final on Sunday night.
Recall that Nico Williams and Mikel Oyarbazal scored the goals that gave La Roja a 2-1 victory over the Three Lions in Berlin, Germany.
McGregor had wagered €83,500 on Spain to claim the continental crown.
The odds of the bet were boosted to 11/1, meaning that the UFC legend has landed himself another seven-figure sum.
The 36-year-old posted X, alongside an image of his coupon with the caption:
“Vamos Spain! Easy money on the Spaniards to win the Euros on my
birthday. A nice mill for the Mac!”
