EGYPTIAN MAN DIES DURING DINNER AT ABUJA CONTINENTAL HOTEL

An Egyptian national, Mohammed Saleh, aged 56, has died after slumping while having dinner at the Abuja Continental Hotel in Wuse, Abuja.

It was learnt that the incident occurred around 9:24 p.m. on Saturday and was reported to the police by the hotel’s Security Supervisor, Francis Yusuf.

Saleh was said to be dining with three companions when he suddenly collapsed. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and later referred to Wuse District Hospital, where he was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.

His body has since been deposited at the hospital morgue for autopsy.

As of press time, the spokesperson for the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Josephine Adeh, has not issued an official statement regarding the incident.
