Popular Nollywood actor Yomi Gold has been hospitalised in Morocco following a sudden health scare.

The actor reportedly lost consciousness after experiencing a severe headache and is currently receiving urgent medical attention in Marrakech.

The news emerged from a post shared on Yomi Gold’s Instagram page on Tuesday evening, which has since gone viral.

In an update to his fans, Yomi expressed gratitude to the emergency medical team in Marrakech for their prompt response. Sharing a video of himself resting in a hospital bed, he wrote:

“Today reminded me how fragile our breath is and how quickly everything can change. Life truly lives in seconds. A sudden headache nearly took me out, but by God’s mercy and the swift help of the emergency team in Marrakech, I’m here resting and recovering.

I give thanks to God for preservation, and for everyone He used to reach out, pray, and check on me. May we never take health, time, or one another for granted. Every moment is grace.”
