D’Tigers Invitee, Ajayi joins Mexican Basketball Team Correcaminos
The details of the contract was however not revealed to CSN.
Ajayi who previously featured for Eastern Michigan, Cal State Northridge in the NCCA and Angolan side, Petroleum Athletic de Luanda was an NBA Draft in 2016.
“It’s a big step after my exit from the Angolan league which is one of the best in Africa,” Ajayi told CSN.
“I hope this moves offers another opportunity for me to join a bigger team in the the future, but first I’m happy to be here and help the team succeed.”
Correcaminos are currently eight in the Mexican basketball league with 11 points having won only three games and lost four so far.
He is expected to make his debut on Saturday Correcaminos take on Atletico San Luis.
