MAN BREAKS 6-YEAR-OLD BOY’S HEAD FOR FAILING TO DO HOMEWORK

Read Time:48 Second

A man broke a 6-year-old boy’s head with his phone because the boy was guessing the answer to his homework.
Clement Watkins, 44, attacked the child while attempting to help him complete his homework on November 3 in Sunrise, Florida. He is said to have become enraged when the boy took a guess at one of the answers rather than work it out. He then took his phone and slammed it down on the boy’s head, splitting it open.
The assault left the boy bleeding and Watkins didn’t take the boy to a doctor for treatment.
When questioned by officers, Watkins claimed that he tossed the phone up three flights of stairs and that it had struck the child after he failed to catch it. But the boy told officers that he was hit by the man while attempting his homework.
Watkins has been charged with child abuse. Police have not released details of his relationship to his alleged victim.
