BBNAIJA S11: ABI WINS HEAD OF HOUSE FOR SECOND TIME, NINE FACE EVICTION

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Abisola “Abi” Ayoola, has emerged as the Head of House for the second time this season after defeating Gerard in the final round of Monday’s challenge.

Abi’s victory makes her the first female housemate in the Show Ya Sef house to win the Head of House title twice.

The organisers announced her victory on Monday, noting that the challenge featured several elimination rounds before Abi and Gerard emerged as the final contenders.

“For Gerard, it was another close call as he once again came within touching distance of the HoH title. But in the final round, Abi held her nerve and secured the win,” the organisers said.

The latest victory also introduced changes to the privileges attached to the Head of House position.

Unlike previous weeks, there was no Lucky Dip to determine access to the HoH Loft. Instead, the Loft now belongs directly to the Head of House, making Abi the first HoH of the season to enjoy the privilege without having to win access through a draw.

Abi chose Temi Nkem to join her in the Loft.

Big Brother also announced that the winner of this week’s HoH challenge will be allowed to participate in next week’s Head of House challenge, unlike previous weeks when an outgoing HoH was prevented from immediately competing again.

Meanwhile, the nomination process has also been altered following repeated discussions among housemates over nominations, possible saves and alleged conspiracies.

The usual saves were nullified, leaving only Abi, as Head of House, and Sheba, the Most Influential Player of the Week, safe from possible eviction.

All other housemates are consequently up for possible eviction this week.

In another development, Bells has once again become the Benchwarmer after Big Brother summoned Yusuf, Bells, Ricky, Aikou, Nomy and Sheba to roll a die.

Bells rolled one, the lowest number, while Yusuf and Sheba rolled two each. Nomy rolled four, while Ricky and Aikou both rolled six.

The developments come as the housemates enter the sixth week of the Season 11 edition of the reality show.
