[BREAKING] TINTED PERMIT: COURT ORDERS POLICE TO MAINTAIN STATUS QUO

A Federal High Court located in Warri, Delta State, has directed the Nigeria Police Force and the Inspector-General of Police to uphold the existing conditions in a case brought forth by attorney John Aikpokpo-Martins, contesting the validity of the newly implemented tinted permit regulation.
