OSUN GOVERNORSHIP: PDP STAKEHOLDERS ENDORSE CANDIDATE, PROMISE “NEW DIRECTION” FOR STATE

The governorship candidate has expressed appreciation to members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State for endorsing his candidacy ahead of the 2026 governorship election.
The candidate said the endorsement, led by former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola, goes beyond political support, describing it as a reflection of a shared desire for a new direction for the state.
He said his administration, if elected, would prioritise justice, fairness, inclusion and equitable development across Osun State.
According to him, the state must move away from divisive politics and uneven development, stressing that governance should serve all citizens irrespective of political affiliation, senatorial district, religion or community.
He expressed gratitude for the endorsement, adding that it comes with a strong sense of responsibility to work towards building a more inclusive and prosperous Osun.
He said the time had come for a new direction in the state, pledging to work with the people to rebuild Osun and provide the government they deserve.
