OSUN POLL: GOVERNOR ADELEKE CASTS VOTE IN EDE, SEEKS SECOND TERM

The Osun State Governor and governorship candidate of the Accord Party, Ademola Adeleke, has cast his ballot in the ongoing governorship election in the state.
Adeleke voted at Ward 02, Polling Unit 009, Abogunde Compound, Ede North Local Government Area, on Saturday.
The governor, who arrived at the polling unit to participate in the electoral process, is seeking re-election for a second term on the platform of the Accord Party.
The election is being conducted across the state’s 30 local government areas amid heightened security and movement restrictions announced by security agencies.
Adeleke is among the candidates seeking the mandate of Osun voters in the governorship contest, which has attracted significant political attention across the state.
His participation at the polling unit comes as voters continue to turn out across different parts of Osun to exercise their franchise.
