PETER OBI FORMALLY JOINS ADC, COLLECTS MEMBERSHIP CARD IN ANAMBRA

Former presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has officially collected his membership card for the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Obi received the card during the launch of the Anambra State ADC registration and mobilization exercise held on Saturday. The event drew party members and supporters from different parts of the state.

His move comes amid earlier speculation that he might return to the Labour Party.
Meanwhile, The media had earlier reported that the former Anambra State governor had declared his intention to run in the 2027 presidential election, stating that he would not be intimidated by the growing number of governors aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Obi also revealed that several efforts had been made to discourage him from joining the race, but he maintained that he would remain undeterred.
