ROAD SAFETY FRSC SCALES UP SAFETY EFFORTS AMONG SCHOOL CHILDREN

As part of efforts aimed at promoting global road safety and achieving the united Nations sustainable development goals agenda 2030, the Ogun state Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps in collaboration with the Temidayo Ogan Child Safety and Support Foundation says it is reengineering  it’s operations and activities towards scaling up safety efforts particularly among school children.

Ogun State FRSC Sector Commander, Clement Oladele made this known at the  maiden inter school road safety debate competition in Abeokuta, the Ogun state Capital.

Oladele says school children are critical stakeholders towards the promotion of quality road safety education and as such, the command has resolved to step up enforcement against route violation, use of UB standard tyres among others.
