Esther Okoronkwo, Michelle Alozie and Uchenna Kanu have arrived at the Super Falcons’ training camp in Casablanca as preparations continue for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), the Media reports.

The arrival of the three players has increased the number of players in camp to 22 as the nine-time African champions step up preparations for the continental tournament.

Three more players—Gift Monday, Deborah Abiodun and Folashade Ijamilusi—are expected to join the team later today at their Marriott Hotel camp.

The Super Falcons commenced their final phase of preparations for the competition last Monday under head coach Justine Madugu.

Madugu’s side is scheduled to travel to Rabat this weekend, where they will play all their group-stage matches.

Nigeria will begin the defence of their WAFCON title against Malawi’s Scorchers at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday, July 28.
