Victor Moses, Anichebe nominated for Premier League PFA Fans’ Player of the Month
Nigerian players, Victor Moses and Victor Anichebe, have been included in a six-man shortlist for the Premier League PFA Fans’ Player of the Month for November.
The other nominees are Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero, Nordin Amrabat of Watford, Matt Phillips of West Bromwich Albion and Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Moses continued his renaissance under Antonio Conte at Chelsea, scoring the winner against Tottenham last Saturday, while Anichebe was instrumental to Sunderland’s consecutive win, since making his return from injury
Players on the shortlist were picked by an expert panel that includes Sky Sports pundits Paul Merson, Peter Beagrie; the Mike Riley, general manager of the Professional Game Match Officials; and Malcolm Clarke, chairman of the Football Supporters’ Federation.
