JUST IN: COURT DECLARES ANYAWU AS LEGITIMATE PDP NATIONAL SECRETARY

Senator Samuel Anyanwu is now the official national secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, according to a Federal High Court ruling in Abuja.
In a ruling on Tuesday, the court further ordered that the PDP’s national leadership refrain from designating anyone as acting national secretary. It further stated that Anyanwu’s four-year term as national secretary expires on December 9, 2025, in accordance with the party’s constitution.
