WIZKID: “I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS TO HAVE NOTHING”
Music sensation Wizkid has opened up about his life, sharing the experiences that have influenced his outlook.
He reflected on his childhood as one of 11 siblings, with four children from his mother.
He also recounted difficult times when he and his siblings frequently had to go without food.
“I came from the bottom, I know what it feels like not to have anything. There was a time in my life when I had never even had breakfast, it was just lunch or maybe dinner,” he shared.
Despite his immense fame, Wizkid emphasised that his humble beginnings have instilled in him a sense of gratitude and composure, which no level of success can compromise.
