The gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the November 8 Anambra election, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, has assured that all 179 communities in the state will reap the benefits of his administration if he is elected as governor.

Addressing a substantial audience in his Orsumenyi community within the Nnewi South Local Government Area, Ukachukwu proclaimed that every region of Anambra would undergo remarkable transformation, building upon his prior initiatives across the nation. “Anambra State is straightforward to develop and transform. We possess ample human and material resources to accomplish this transformation within 24 months,” he stated.

He delineated his intentions to link all council areas to the state capital and to focus special attention on key commercial and industrial centers.

“The state will maintain its status as a significant industrial hub for the four years I am in office, with every community actively participating in development endeavors,” Ukachukwu remarked.

Emphasizing his history as an investor, Ukachukwu noted that he is the sole candidate with ongoing investments and manufacturing facilities in various regions within the state, including Awka.

“I have dedicated my life to being an investor, industrialist, and economic developer, with tangible investments throughout the country. However, insecurity has hindered operations at my factories in Agu-Awka, Nkpor, and Onitsha. Six of my expatriate employees were abducted, which was a distressing experience, compelling me to close down the factories. Presently, I am gradually rebuilding through the hospitality sector,” he explained.

Ukachukwu highlighted that security, the safeguarding of lives, and the protection of property are fundamental aspects of his plans.

“Every citizen is invaluable and crucial to the undertaking ahead. Youths and the unemployed will be meaningfully engaged, and acts of violence and injury will no longer occur in the state,” he concluded.
