ONDO GOVERNMENT APPLAUDS IKUBESE’S HUMANITARIAN HEALTH SERVICES

The Ondo State Government has lauded the philanthropic contributions of Dr. Thomas Wilson-Ikubese, Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Sckye Hospitals Ltd, Akure, for his significant impact on the state’s healthcare sector.
During a visit to the facility, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Volunteering, Hon. Adeolu Iwakun, commended Dr. Ikubese for his enduring volunteer efforts, characterizing him as “a person with a generous spirit who is making substantial contributions to healthcare advancement in Ondo State. ”

Iwakun emphasized the hospital’s complimentary antenatal services, financial assistance for multiple births, and greatly subsidized medical treatment as exemplary initiatives. He revealed that the administration of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa intends to soon recognize the hospital’s humble endeavors, with the objective of motivating other private healthcare establishments to augment government initiatives.
“The state government has been monitoring your endeavors, and we are planning to acknowledge your contributions in the near future,” he stated.
In his reply, Dr. Ikubese conveyed his appreciation for the acknowledgment and committed to continuing his support for the underprivileged. He assured that Sckye Hospitals would maintain collaborations with pertinent government agencies in the healthcare domain, while urging the Aiyedatiwa administration to prioritize the health of its citizens.
