BBNAIJA 10: TRACY REVEALS, ‘I REGRET BEING MYSELF ON THE SHOW’

BY OWOLABI OLUWADARA
Recently displaced Big Brother Naija Season 10 participant, Tracy, has conveyed her remorse for remaining true to herself throughout her time on the reality program.
In her post-eviction discussion with Pulse, Tracy acknowledged that her composed demeanor may have resulted in a shorter tenure. She elaborated that while she initially sought to maintain her authenticity, she now believes that adopting a more theatrical or confrontational approach might have garnered her increased attention and prolonged her presence in the competition.

“If I could reconsider any aspect of my behavior in the house, it would be my authenticity, because at this moment, I wish I had engaged in unnecessary altercations, raised my voice, or exhibited more drama. I feel that such actions would have extended my stay, as many perceived me as quiet and unexciting,” she remarked.
Tracy further indicated that she had underestimated the performative aspect of the show, observing that she only came to understand too late that housemates could portray exaggerated personas for strategic purposes, later revealing their genuine selves upon exiting.
“I wish I had acknowledged it as a game and recognized that I could behave differently and clarify my true nature once I was outside,” she stated.
