ASAKE REUNITES WITH FATHER AND BABY MAMA FOLLOWING PUBLIC ABANDONMENT CONTROVERSY

Popular Nigerian musician Asake has reconciled with his father, daughter, and baby mama following public criticism over alleged abandonment.
The reconciliation comes after Asake faced widespread backlash online for reportedly neglecting his family after achieving fame and success.
Earlier in 2025, his baby mama, Adijat, accused him of neglect despite having supported him during his early struggles. In March, Asake’s father, Fatai Odunsi, a stroke survivor, also publicly called him out for abandoning him.
In response to the public outcry, which drew reactions from netizens and celebrities alike, Asake reached out to his father, pledging to cover his medical expenses and provide him with a house.
A trending photo of the singer with his father, which emerged online Friday morning, indicated a reconciliation.
The development follows Asake’s recent reunion with his daughter and baby mama just days earlier.
