AFCON 2025: SUPERCOMPUTER REVEALS FAVOURITE TO LIFT TROPHY BEFORE SEMI-FINALS

PolyMarket’s Supercomputer has projected Morocco as the leading contenders to win the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The tournament has progressed to the semi-final stage, with Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal and host nation Morocco remaining in the competition.

The first semi-final, scheduled for Wednesday, will see Senegal take on Egypt for a place in the final, while Nigeria will later face the hosts in the second encounter.
According to the Supercomputer’s projections, Morocco hold a 37 per cent probability of lifting the trophy on home soil. Senegal follow with a 28 per cent chance, while Nigeria’s Super Eagles are given a 25 per cent likelihood of claiming a fourth AFCON title. Egypt are rated with a 13 per cent chance of emerging champions.
