NNL: ROVERS PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS SUSTAIN INJURIES IN ROAD ACCIDENT

Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Rovers FC, were involved in a road accident near Asaba on Tuesday, The media reports.
The Calabar-based club was en route to Lagos for a rescheduled NNL fixture against Sporting Lagos.
The match is slated to take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, on Wednesday.
According to the club, several players, officials and staff were injured in the accident.
They are already receiving treatment at a hospital.
The management said the welfare of the players remains their top priority during this difficult time.
