The Nigerian Air Force has released the list of successful candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission Course 34/2025.

The announcement was made in a post on X by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Headquarters Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, on Saturday, following the conclusion of the Selection Board Interview held at the NAF Base in Kaduna from January 12 to February 8, 2026.

According to the NAF, the names of successful candidates are now available on its official recruitment portal.

Successful applicants are expected to commence a six-month Basic Cadet Training programme at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Afaka, Kaduna, on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

“All candidates must report with their original credentials for documentation and admission. The deadline for reporting is 6:00 pm on Monday, April 20 2026. Any candidate who fails to report by this time will automatically forfeit the offer,” the post read.

The Air Force further stated that candidates would only attain full personnel status upon successful completion of the training and subsequent commissioning as officers.

It advised candidates to visit only the official recruitment portal to confirm their names and download the list, while also urging them to prepare all required original documents ahead of time.

Applicants were also encouraged to arrive on or before the stipulated deadline to avoid disqualification and to strictly adhere to all instructions provided on the portal.

The development marks a major step for the successful candidates, who will now undergo intensive training in preparation for commissioning as officers in the Nigerian Air Force.

Candidates whose names appear on the list were congratulated and urged to begin necessary preparations for the training programme.
