JUST IN: EMEFIELE NOT WITH US CURRENTLY DSS

Despite widely published reports in the media, the Department of State Services (DSS) has said that the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Godwin Emefiele is not in their custody.
In a post on their official Twitter handle, the DSS wrote that “Currently, Emefiele is not with the DSS.”
However, the post did not say whether Emefiele had been invited for questioning earlier or not.
