NEWS: CDS MUSA PROMISES TO EXPOSE DRUG TRAFFICKERS, ABUSERS

At the NDLEA National Headquarters, Garki, Area 11, Abuja, Major General Buba Marwa (retd.), Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, is currently having a meeting with General Christopher Musa, Chief of Defence Staff.
Additionally, Musa has given the NDLEA his word that he will work to expose drug dealers and abusers.
This will be the first official meeting between the CDS and the NDLEA Chairman, according to sources.
During the continuing discussion, the CDS praised Marwa for the NDLEA’s efforts to eradicate the drug problem in Nigeria and denounced the recent wave of drug misuse and trafficking in the country.
In addition, he pledged that the Nigerian Armed Forces would continue to assist the NDLEA, but he made it clear that they would not provide protection to anyone found in possession of illegal narcotics.
