CAF CONFEDERATION CUP Q/FINALS FIXTURE DATES, TIMES CONFIRMED
Confederation Africain de Football (CAF) has confirmed the official dates and kick-off times of the fixtures following last Wednesday’s official draw of the CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals.
The quarter-finals will be played over a two-legged format with the first leg fixtures confirmed for Saturday, 31 March ahead of the return leg set for Saturday, 07 April.
To mark the start of the quarter-finals, defending champions USM Alger travel to Uyo to face off against Rivers United in an afternoon fixture set for the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo
In another Saturday afternoon tie, former champions Stade Malien welcomes Ghana’s Dreams FC to Bamako to conclude the afternoon action.
Later in the evening, Abu Salim welcomes former champions RS Berkane to the Martyrs of Benina Stadium for a late evening clash with the Moroccan side.
The highly-anticipated Egyptian derby concludes the first leg round of the Quarter-Finals with a marquee Quarter-Finals fixture, as Future FC takes on former champions, Zamalek SC at the Al Salam Stadium.
