MAYORESS OF IKOSI-ISHERI FLAGS-OFF ROAD CONSTRUCTION OF ADETUBERU STREET, OLOWOIRA

Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada has flagged off the construction of Adetuberu Street, which serves as a major road linking various communities in the Olowoira axis.
Mayoress Bada while speaking during the official flag off mentioned that the project was borne out of the desire to alleviate the long-standing plight of olowoora residents, and the people of Ward A generally.
She added that her administration has made the construction a top priority as it will also serve as as a link to essential amenities such as the Olowoira Primary School and Health Care Centre.
The Chairman affirmed that every community is important in the present administration and will leave no stone unturned while thanking the Governor of Lagos State, the youths for being fervent, management and staffs of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, and the entire residents of Isheri-Olowoira for their cooperation.
“As we have flagged off the construction of the road project today, we promise that the community will continue to enjoy more of the dividends of democracy that will be extended to them.”
Alhaji Sulaimon Kareem, Baale of Olowoira, thanked the Mayoress for the development which he mentioned has long been prayed for by residents.
He assured that the construction workers assigned for the project will be well cared for while noting that measures have been put in place to safeguard machines and equipment for the project.
