MOHAMED SALAH MOURNS TEAMMATE DIOGO JOTA’S DEATH, SAYS RETURNING TO LIVERPOOL NOW “FRIGHTENS” HIM

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has expressed deep sorrow and shock following the reported death of his teammate, Diogo Jota, and Jota’s brother, André, in a tragic road accident in Spain.
In an emotional Instagram post on Friday, Salah said the devastating news has left him shaken and fearful of returning to the club after the international break.
“Until yesterday, I never thought there would be something that would frighten me of going back to Liverpool after the break,” Salah wrote. “Teammates come and go, but not like this. It’s going to be extremely difficult to accept that Diogo won’t be there when we go back.”
The Egyptian forward extended heartfelt condolences to Jota’s family, describing the loss as unimaginable.
“My thoughts are with his wife, his children, and of course his parents who suddenly lost their children. Those close to Diogo and his brother André need all the support they can get. They will never be forgotten,” he added.
