TRIBUNAL AFFIRMS PRINCESS SAMIAT BADA’S VICTORY AS IKOSI-ISHERI LCDA CHAIRMAN

The Lagos State Election Tribunal sitting at the High Court, Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) Annex, Onikan, has upheld the victory of Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada in the July 12th local government elections, declaring her the duly elected Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA.

The tribunal’s ruling on Monday, September 15, 2025, effectively put to rest all legal disputes surrounding the poll and reaffirmed the people’s mandate.

The judgment was greeted with jubilation among supporters, community leaders, and political stakeholders, who described it as a triumph for democracy and justice in Ikosi-Isheri.

Reacting to the verdict, Princess Bada called for unity, urging residents and stakeholders to work collectively toward sustainable community development.

“This victory belongs to the resilient people of Ikosi-Isheri. Now is the time for unity, progress, and building on our shared vision for the LCDA,” she said.

The decision solidifies Bada’s position and paves the way for her administration to focus fully on delivering her developmental agenda for the community.
